Changes for version v1.2

- Added a status bar at the bottom of PowerMan displaying free disk space, number
  of files selected, and total bytesize of those files selected.
- All PowerMan applications now stay on top of the PowerMan window for easier
  use.
- Added format utility by popular demand.
- Corrected color discrepancies when the system colors had been changed.
- The File Information Application now displays icon and version information for
  system files.
- The Icon Browser Application underwent a number of bug fixes and upgrades, most
  notably it now displays icons for ANY file containing an icon (exe files, dll
  files, etc...)
- When using the Safety Setting "Ask When Overwriting Files?" a dialog box will now
  prompt for "YES TO ALL" when overwriting.
- The Zip and Unzip buttons now offer more instructions for new users.
